Notification by family member or friend

Most emergency service employees deal with considerable stress and confront significant injuries, trauma and fatalities during their careers. The MFS is committed to supporting the health and well-being of its personnel by investing heavily in programs that support the wellness of our staff and their families.

We do however acknowledge that, at times, firefighters may not be willing and/or able to identify difficulties within themselves or may be reluctant to seek help. Employee Support service is available for family members and friends to request help for someone they care about.

To contact the Employee Support Coordinator, please complete the ‘contact Employee Support’ online form below. The Employee Support Coordinator mailbox is monitored within standard business hours.
